Improve a project with real feedback
Make one measurable improvement instead of adding more features.
1. Watch someone use it
Give a volunteer a concrete task and observe where they hesitate. Avoid explaining the interface before they try it.
2. Choose one improvement
Pick the biggest obstacle and define a simple measure, such as completing the task without help.
3. Repeat the same task
Make the change and test again. Compare what happened and publish the lesson, including anything that is still unclear.
