Start with one person, one problem, and one useful outcome.
1. Choose a real problem
Write down who you are helping and one task they struggle with. Ask them how they handle it today.
2. Make the first version smaller
Pick one outcome you can demonstrate on a single page. Set aside accounts, payments and extra features until you test the idea.
3. Show someone
Sketch the page, show it to the person you chose, and ask them to explain what they would do next. Share what surprised you.
